These pink plaid press on nails are a craft box: burgundy-and-pink plaid with black stars, 3D buttons in green, orange, white and star shapes, two small sculpted bears, painted apple halves with button centres, pink nails with white dots, and stitched borders in burgundy. The almond shape keeps the buttons comfortable. It is the set for a knitted cardigan and a cup of something warm. The plaid is painted stripe by stripe before the buttons go on.

Every button and bear is modelled by hand and painted, so they sit raised on the nail like real haberdashery.
