Free shipping

Enjoy free shipping on every order of $80 USD or more — it’s applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Orders below the threshold are charged a flat, calculated shipping rate shown before you pay.

Processing & make time

Every set is finished entirely by hand, with care taken over each nail. Because of this, please allow 3–5 business days for us to craft and prepare your order before it ships. You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment it’s on its way.

Processing time is separate from delivery time below. The two combined give your total estimated arrival.

Duties, customs & international taxes

For orders travelling outside the United States, your local authorities may apply import duties, sales tax, or customs fees when your parcel arrives. This is a normal part of international shipping.

As these charges are set and collected by your own country’s customs office, they sit outside our control and aren’t included in your order total or the shipping you paid us. They’re kindly the responsibility of the recipient. If you’d like to know what to expect, your local customs office can give you the most accurate guidance for your area.

Refused deliveries & refunds

Auramani Handmade Nails isn’t able to cover any additional duties or customs fees that may arise in transit. If a parcel is refused or declined on delivery, the following costs would gently fall to the customer:

  • The original shipping cost
  • Any duties or customs fees already applied to the parcel
  • The return-to-sender shipping cost
Please note: because these costs are already incurred, orders that are refused at delivery are not eligible for a refund. If anything about your order feels unclear before it arrives, please reach out — we’re always happy to help you receive it smoothly.
