We ship worldwide. Enjoy free shipping on every order of 2 or more sets. It’s applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. A single set ships for a flat rate of $8 USD, shown in your own currency before you pay.
Processing & make time
Every set is made to order and finished entirely by hand, with care taken over each nail. Because of this, please allow 3–7 days for us to craft and prepare your order before it ships. You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment it’s on its way.
This make time is already part of the delivery estimate below, so the 10–20 days are counted from the day you place your order, not from the day it ships.
Delivery times
From the day you place your order to the day it reaches your doorstep, please allow 10–20 days. That window covers both stages:

Our team works every day of the week, so these are calendar days, weekends included. Some parcels arrive a little sooner and some take a little longer, especially during busy seasons or if a parcel is held at customs.
Duties, customs & international taxes
For orders travelling outside the United States, your local authorities may apply import duties, sales tax, or customs fees when your parcel arrives. This is a normal part of international shipping.
As these charges are set and collected by your own country’s customs office, they sit outside our control and aren’t included in your order total or the shipping you paid us. They’re kindly the responsibility of the recipient. If you’d like to know what to expect, your local customs office can give you the most accurate guidance for your area.
Refused deliveries & refunds
Auramani Handmade Nails isn’t able to cover any additional duties or customs fees that may arise in transit. If a parcel is refused or declined on delivery, the following costs would gently fall to the customer:
- The original shipping cost
- Any duties or customs fees already applied to the parcel
- The return-to-sender shipping cost
Please note: because these costs are already incurred, orders that are refused at delivery are not eligible for a refund. If anything about your order feels unclear before it arrives, please reach out. We’re always happy to help you receive it smoothly.
