Our 14-day return window

You’re welcome to exchange or return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To keep things smooth, returned sets simply need to come back to us:

  • Unused — not yet worn or applied
  • In their original condition, undamaged and unaltered
  • In the original packaging they arrived in

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, has a fault, or isn’t quite what you ordered, we’re so sorry — and we’ll make it right straight away. Just email us at support@auramani.co and we’ll replace or remake your set, completely free of charge.

A quick photo of the issue helps us sort it out faster — but it’s not required to get started.

Custom orders & custom sizing

Because pieces made to your personal request — whether a bespoke design or a custom size — are crafted just for you, they’re considered final sale.

This means custom items aren’t eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Of course, if a custom order reaches you damaged, faulty, or different from what you requested, it’s fully covered — we’ll happily put it right under the section above.

How a return works

Returns and exchanges are handled by post. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you clear, step-by-step instructions for sending your item back to us — so you’ll always know exactly what to do next.

When you’ll see your refund

As soon as we’ve received your return and checked its condition, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.

The 5–7 day window begins once your returned item arrives with us and passes a quick condition check.
