The little details

These Y2K press on nails are the soft version of the look: baby pink and cloud white, some nails marbled together like strawberry milk, dressed in silver and pearl. There is a heart outlined in tiny beads with a metallic charm hanging from it, a crescent moon, sculpted bows in pink chrome, pink rhinestones set in silver, and stars both painted and pinned.

Every metal piece is placed by hand and every star is drawn freehand, so the set has the slightly imperfect charm of a jewellery box you have been filling for years. The almond shape keeps it comfortable for typing and texting, and the finish is high-gloss.

Wear it on a first date, to a concert, or on a Tuesday that could use a little glitter. Each nail is painted and decorated by hand, one at a time, and made to your measurements.

Fit & wear

  • Eleven shapes, from a short oval to a long coffin; shown here in almond.
  • Wears for two weeks to a month. To take it off, soak the adhesive with rubbing alcohol and lift gently. The set is reusable. How to apply and remove.
